1. Tell us about your company in brief.

2. How do you describe your mobile app development team in terms of experience and expertise?
We have a tested team structure in place that encourages knowledge sharing among the team members, which ultimately leads to skill development and enhanced quality of service. The average experience of our mobile team would be a little below 5 years. Moreover, all our engineers are from reputed engineering/ management institutes. A strong academic background essentially ensures higher IQ levels, strong basics, and superiority in terms of grasping newer technologies and concepts.
3. How would you drive your team to meet technology demands of 2018?
We do have a group that is primarily focused on analyzing upcoming technology trends, and how the industry is expected to react to it. Based on this analysis, we decide whether to include it in our service offering. In case we decide for it, then learning sessions are suitably assigned to the team to encourage them to learn more about the technology. Training from industry experts are also organized when/if required. Following this, demo projects are developed to help the team realize various challenges at implementation level. This ultimately gives them the confidence in adopting to the new technology.
4. How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?
Our broad service profile definitely gives us the clear edge on this. Whenever we engage with our clients in the initial stages, we do consider factors such as the nature of the client’s business, the objective behind having the app developed, general user trends in the industry the client wants his app to be developed for, etc. From technology point of view we consider stability, scalability, compatibility, and upcoming updates. With these factors accounted for, we provide a clear picture in front of our clients and propose them a technology that would be the best fit for him, both in terms of longevity and ROI. 6. How are you going to differ in processing solutions and applying methods in the coming future?
Building long term relationships with our clients has always been our motto, and it would continue to be so in the future. We have a knowledge base in place which effectively helps us analyze the projects that have been delivered, experiences and learnings gained out of it, etc. These learnings have always helped us prepare ourselves for the next projects in a better way. Besides this, we are continuously working to better upon client communication, project coordination and management and are updating our in-house project management system to facilitate the same. Additionally, we are also considering third party project management and tasks management tools.
7. How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?
We offer 3 types of engagement models:
a. Fixed cost model where the scope of the project is defined before the project starts.
b. Time and material basis – typically utilized for projects where the scope of the project is subject to evolve over the duration of the project.
c. Dedicated man month model – a model were a dedicated developer is assigned to the client.
Fixing the budget is a requirement only in case of fixed cost projects where the scope is finalized. For such engagements, our business team discusses with the clients to finalize the scope and user flow in details. An effort estimate is thereafter carried out on the finalized project scope and the project cost is calculated accordingly.
8. Define your future prospective and vision regarding new technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Chatbots, IoT apps, Augmented Reality apps and Virtual Reality apps?
The key to staying competitive is adopting to upcoming technologies. AI, AR/VR, and IoT will continue to dominate the technology space at least for the foreseeable future and we are tuning our services to cater to the increasing demands in these technologies.
9. What are your favorite industry verticals for 2018 and why?
Every industry is emerging at a rapid pace to benefit from the technology developments. Be it real estate, fintech, healthcare, automobile or travel and tourism, every industry is actively adopting itself to better upon its service offering with technology and we would continue to serve as a technology partner. The retail and education industry would however be the ones that would experience the most significant growth due to the possibilities brought in by AI.
